转 pCAMBIA2301::35S::sikDh 烟草的获得及抗寒性研究

摘要:将已从天山雪莲中克隆出的脱水素蛋白基因 sikDh,利用 GV3101 农杆菌介导的方法,将 35S::sikDh 转化烟草‘NC89’,并对转基因烟草植株和种子萌发的幼苗采用冷冻胁迫对其进行抗性分析。根据分析各项指标显示:在冷冻胁迫下,转 35S:sikDh 基因型的烟草各项生理指标都优于野生型的烟草,也就是转 35S:sikDh 基因型的烟草比野生型烟草更能适应低温环境。研究发现,35S:sikDh 具有很好的抗寒能力。

The tobacco of turn pCAMBIA2301::35S::sikDh acquisition and chill resistance

Abstract: Analysing the sikDh sequence of Dehydrins Protein cloned from Saussurea involucrata in Genbank, use GV3101 Agrobacterium-mediated method, the 35S :: sikDh transformed tobacco 'NC89',and conducting chill resistance analysis with transgenic tobacco plants and seedlings constructed. Those indicators of the analysis show: 35S::sikDh transgenic tobaccos are better than the wild-type tobaccos under the chill stress, in other words, the 35S:sikDh transgenic tobacco is more adaptive to the low temperature environment than the wild-type tobacco. This study indicates that 35S:sikDh has good resistance to chill.
